RecommendedEverything and everyone is so pleasant.My favorite 2 nurse are my Alexa and sue.And my favorite nurse aid is Terri. I am in the 2400 section and if I ever have to stay in the hospital again it would be here for sure and I would truly love to have the same staff members take care of me .All around wonderful experience ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Staff is amazing! The Drs are the Best!👍🏻Hospital is clean! 👍🏻and there’s a Tim’s In the lobby!👍🏻(bonus).
wouldn't go there in a Body Bag. Staff treats family like crap....They Can't Even answer a simple question about a loved one.

I went to the hospital last night with an issue and they couldn’t even help me but they let me sit around there for three hours try medications that don’t work. They ended up transferring me to ECMC and they took wonderful care of me. Will never go back to Kenmore Mercy again.
