Well front desk very friendly and helpful. I have always had great experiences here. But today I was going for a test, the nurse never introduced herself. I was already nervous about having it. I just wished she would have been more friendly and making me feel at ease. She also responded to her phone.
Emergency room is an absolute joke ! On multiple occasions have sat in the ER for hours because they said there weren’t any Drs available. I’m currently watching my wife suffer in pain for the third hour without pain meds because a Dr hasn’t assigned themselves to her case. If you have serious emergency and and come here I would notify your next of kin while on your way .
Had a total knee replacement. The staff here is terrific. Everyone is super helpful and friendly. What a great group of people.
