My total experience at Kenmore Mercy from pre-op to surgery to hospital stay has been a very good experience. The staff has gone over the top with kindness and compassion and has been very professional. The nursing staff are like angels ♡. The hospital is sparkling clean and the cleaning personelle is also very friendly and professional. Thank you for the top notch care !
If you have a serious medical emergency, do not go here. You will not make it out alive. My mother was pissing blood (kidney issues) and they dismissed her, sending her to physical therapy. She died a week later from kidney failure. This hospital also killed my friends' mother. Things like a broken arm, the flu, minor things like that, they're okay for. But if you feel like something is life threatening, PLEASE go somewhere else.
Terrible awful experience. My husband rushed by ambulance with high blood pressure, severe headache. Took blood and xrays 3 and half hours later still nothing. My husband in terrible pain still waiting confronted a doctor and he was absolutely rude and unprofessional. I would never recommend anyone here ever. Finally after 4 hrs later a new doctor comes in and wondered why he wasn't hooked up to a blood pressure machine and ordered a cat scan.Totally ridiculous!!!!!
Everyone was so nice and professional. They relaxed me, since I was a nervous wreck going in. Would highly recommend this hospital.
I have been going to Kenmore Mercy hospital for some years. I've always had friendly and courteous service from the registration personnel to all the lab and radiology departments. Mammograms and blood work has always been a pleasant experience. Not a scary one. Their connection to my general practitioner makes is easy for my test results to be in her system when I have an appointment scheduled.
We live 2 hours away in a very small town with a small community and we feel blessed to be at Kenmore Mercy. My husband had to have a two-stage surgery; one last week and one this week. Every person we've been in contact with has been an exemplary example to a health care worker. We love our surgeon and the PAs who visit. The OT/PT staff, the 2E nursing and care aides, the cleaning and nutrition staff. All wonderful, bright, cheerful and engaged with the patient and visitors.
