Had an Anterior Interlock Lumbar Spinal Fusion done on 8/25/17. From the Pre-Op appt to Admission, PT, and Discharge the entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable, compassionate and timely. As a nurse myself the quality of care given there was more then the five stars. Keep up the great work KMH. Thank you �
Nurse was kind and checked in with us. Another male male nurse was very engaging and caring. Lady who came in to do paperwork was nice and talkative and we felt relaxed and in good hands the whole time there. Seeing the crucifix hanging above the check in desk provided us with warmth and a feeling of reassurance that again we were in good hands.
I am so grateful to the Kenmore Mercy Emergency room team! Mahalo Makayla for taking super good care of me!
