RecommendedI’ve never experienced a more attentive, kind, compassionate staff in any medical facility I’ve ever been to! Everyone from the pre-op testing staff, to the surgical staff, post-op staff, nurses, nursing aids, food service staff, and housekeeping staff were phenomenal!!! They were so sweet and even had me laughing! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making one of the most terrifying surgeries I’ve had a very comfortable experience! 💜
Terrible service! Over 2 hours in the room in severe pain without any medicine or compassion. Spend the extra few minutes to go to Suburban or DeGraff. You’ll be happy you did...
For the kind man that was in the recovery for me today after surgery giving me ice cubes Thank you. You were kind and full of joy uplifting and a inspiration to me. You made me feel like a queen just for a few minutes to feel better thank you again. Of course i didnt want to be there but they treated me like i was a special guest. The whole entire staff treat you with kindness, they are amazing. Kenmore Mercy in my book have wonderful people to help the sick and the hurting. They walk the walk.Thank you.
Your lab, ekg and radiology registration set up is ridiculous, and short handed. I have been sitting in the lobby since 1:45 for. 2 pm ekg. I was finally registered at around 3pm, taken for a 3 second bloodwork appt and then sat for another half hour only to have someone who had an appointment later than mine, be taken before me. For two 3 minute procedures I was left freezing in the lobby for more than 2 hours. Thankfully your registrar Tracy lent me a sweater, and my interaction with her was extremely pleasant. Recommendedif you have a serious emergency seriously go somewhere else, staff are rude ,and talk down to you , and their uneducated, short staffed , asbd they don't care, I walked put and went and gotvregistered and put in a room.a d saw a doctor in less than 45 minutes, thank you kaleida health
