When you decide to go to the ER because you can't take the pain or numbness anymore...to see a nurse and that's it for 2 and a half hours while the people at the desk are swearing and talking about recipes and anything else that doesn't have to do with treating patients. Not even the XRay that I know they have to do first. Nothing. I could hear that nurse talking about everything I said and whoever's she was talking to was rude about my health.
