was patient in a lot of pain.pain issues were address but had severe back pain.mri was taken.was discharged after two days.no one told me what was wrong.sent to nursing home they had no clue.went to see my doctor 8 day later.he looked at mri taken from hospital.informed me I had a broken bone in back.a lot of suffering.wonder you f I made things worse by walking around with broken back and not being a informed about it by hospital.left nursing home after day and half cause of conditions at nursing home

My family member received poor care while he was a patient at Kenmore Mercy. My mom went to visit him and found him sitting in the hallway, cold and confused. Staff weren't even aware he was out of his bed. He had to be transferred from this hospital to a physical rehabilitation facility. His belongings - clothing, wallet, etc. are missing. Between this hospital, Buffalo Transportation Inc, and Safire Rehabilitation, no one is able to tell us where his belongings are. We are npw having to file a police report. Twice now I’ve had bad experiences at kenmore. First I sat in the waiting room for 5hrs while bleeding internal just to be told they don’t have anyone who could help me. Thank god my obgyn was able to come give me life saving surgery almost 24hrs after I walked into the ER. Then yesterday I took my child for a broken arm. You had me sitting in the back while you looked at his xrays for a few hrs. Sent me to children’s because you said it was so bad he needed sedated and have it reduced. Recommended1st time in February drive myself to ER. got admitted wonderful staff in er and in floor. 2nd time in May ambulance rushed in got admitted again great experience in er and again on floor. Aides, nurses , doctors, techs, cleaning crew. All of them terrific

I am currently a patient at KMH and can't say enough great things about my care and the employees. I spent 8 days in ICU and I can't remember everyone's names but I know a nurse named Sue and Vivian I think we amazing Angel's. Then after I was moved to 2nd floor and a sweetheart names Sam and Johanna were also heaven sent. I came to the right hospital and every single person was amazing. no ive felt so discriminated against all because i take mental health meds they know i have mental health issues and automatically i get treated badly, i have mental health problems im not stupid, i go in there for help for REAL physical problems and get belittled everytime, will not go back to this hospital, the staff is disrespectful and treated me like i was stupid and when i asked nicely if they could stop with the reverse psychology and to stop belittling me, they did not, they laughed and instead of treatment i was tol... read more

I work there. We have excellent nurses and doctors and staff!
I've spent many times at Kenmore Mercy and highly recommend to anyone. Plus it's about 8 blocks from my house.
