Your front desk staff are rude and this place ia very unprofessional. I was here last night for my friends c-section. They did not have her in the system but were expecting me. Today after driving 2 hours back. to same Hospital she still is not in the system different staff telling me there is no patient here and has not been.
husband is having surgery. he was scheduled at 2pm. 4:30 PM we are still waiting for him to go back. stuck listening to the nurses gab gab gab about their personal lives. so unprofessional and frustrating.

RecommendedEmergency room wait was not long. The staff were very kind and professional and had good bedside manners. Overall a good experience when I had a very stressful situation. Would very much recommend ☺️

Worst experience that I have had at a hospital. I appreciate the few that I have interacted with that are trying to make my visits better, but unfortunately the bad definitely outweighs the good. I think the biggest problem that unfolded today that has really set me off, was the fact that I sat in a room for 2 1/2 hours without anyone coming in to ask if I was OK or start my treatments and then had a nurse come in and hand me my discharges and tell me I was good to go… Without my treatments being even started. Clearly nobody... read more

Have compassion for your ER Patients would be a great place to start. I’m told a patient was brought there yesterday and was very disrespectful to a patient. Who do we send the formal letter to? They talked around him/her and said “I bet this is a Halloween joke”, “wake up and tell us where they stick you for an IV!” What kind of mess is that? I’m appalled of the attitude they showed this patient and if they treat every patient like this or only black patients?

Recommended10/10 would recommend Oak hill hospital for the L&D team and their NICU. My labor was amazing and they where at my side through the whole experience making sure I was comfortable and had the labor I wanted. My son has been in the NICU for a little over a week and they have treated my son like their own and I could never repay them. Sheri and Ann where his primary day/night nurses when he was needing the most attention from them and they did a phenomenal job with him.
