Broke my ankle 4 days ago. Went to the Er and was sent home with 15 pain meds and an appointment 4 days later. In the 72 hours I had been back to the surgery center twice and spoke with 2 others via telephone. Showed up for my 6 am appointment to find out my appointment was canceled. No one called. No one mentioned that in the 4 different times we spoke. Just basically said sorry. I’ve been in nothing but pain and still have the broken ankle for the past 4 days. I don't recommend ER. At 915pm 12/03/2020 my daughter was brought by ambulance, I was waiting in the waiting room. The female who checks temperatures at the door was rude and didn't even tell me that my daughter arrived and then told me I couldn't go back cause my wife was back with my daughter. I observed the triage nurse rude to people coming in. My wife told me the nurse taking care of my daughter was rude also and the ER staff was laughing and cutting up at the nurses desk stating people were coming in at the wrong time.... read more

RecommendedSunday 11/29 No one wants to visit the ER but if needs be the staff at Highlands Regional ER is where I want to be ! RecommendedWe really had a wonderful delivery at this hospital. Rima is a very great nurse in the nicu , and amanda. They were so awesome with my newborn. Kaitlyn was my nurse for delivery, literally a walking angel and a great coach 💕
