Racist hospital unfortunately, and don’t care whose life they destroy! Most hospitals are there to help but not St David’s Round Rock!

My mother went to the ER, crying in excruciating pain and they basically dismissed her! Her ankle is swollen, red, etc and all they did was give her some over the counter bs! This was a few days ago and she’s still in so much pain, she’s about to amputate her own leg. I’ve told her to not pay them one cent and to file a complaint. Idk which Dr she saw, but whomever it was should not be in the medical field!!

Paramedics rushed my mom to ER this morning at 9AM. I get there around 10:15. She is in the hallway and is not wearing a MASK!!!! She is 94!! We’re in the middle of a pandemic! I asked her if she took it off- she said no- I didn’t get one!! I looked to see if there was one in the bed-Nope! I asked a nurse who was standing in the doorway of another patient if she could get her a mask... She said, okay. 5 mins later, nothing, so I went to the ER desk and demanded they give her a mask!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!

Recommendedthe best treatment and patience of all the staff. I especially thank Dr. James Collins, an excellent surgeon, very grateful for his attention.
My mother is in there right now dying and they have no plans for the family of dying patients they have sitting on the curb horrible customer service. We have had two horrible nurses, we spent 14 hours in the ER when we came in. We have been kicked out of the chapel and the cafeteria. I don’t know how they live with themselves knowing they are keeping us away from our dying mother

RecommendedMy son was transferred here after respiratory distress at citrus memorial and when I get there he got the best care. My son had to stay two days in the Nicu and everyone was super nice and always there for my son. My first night Leah was always there checking in on us. She was always so gentle with my son.
