Check engine light came on 3 days after I bought my brand new 2016 car. Appears the person at honda failed to put gas cap back on when they filled it before I left so it triggered the light. Which had me stressed it thinking something major was wrong. The finance manger told me my bank would not take out a car payment on the car I traded in and a over a week later they did in fact take it out. Honda hasn't paid my old car off yet. I don't know about anyone else but Vernon at Kendall Honda is amazing! Anytime I go there I make sure that he is always working. There is one person I will NOT have process anything for my car hes RUDE... but I will not mention his name All I can say is I recommend anyone who goes here to see Vernon.. Hes great!
I have been a long time customer of Kendall, I have purchased several cars from them and have been taking my car there for repairs for many years. Unfortunately these last few years their prices have skyrocketed and their business ethics have plummeted. I learned quite some time ago that their recommended repairs can not be trusted and that you will pay a high premium for any service you receive from them but after today, I will never be going back to Kendall again.
