They made an appointment for us quickly, were very friendly & professional and my Odyssey was finished ahead of schedule! (They also completed a warranty recall that we didn't even know about). It's reassuring to have a dealership take great care of our family car.

Many co-workers have recommended that we go through Kendall. Initially we found a few items that were interest, we were graciously given the info requested and welcomed to look around at other dealerships. Almost all the other places we went, dealers were pushy and forceful and rude. We never got that with Paula. TJ was absolutely fantastic! We weren't going to buy a car today, but he was so careful to find out what we needed in a car and work with us patiently, that we were won over. He's also very friendly and made buying a car not a difficult process! We didn't expect to have fun, but we did!

I had a great experience leasing my new Honda HR-V. Kassie was incredibly helpful and friendly! I would recommend Kendall Honda to anyone. I no longer will recommend Kendall Honda to people. I loved working with Kassie, however I feel like the dealership dropped the ball. I received a bill yesterday from my Toyota lease. I was given the impression at Kendall that I was free and clear of any owed money on my trade in. Boy was I wrong! Someone should have told me that I might owe more money ...very frustrated and disappointed!
It was my first new vehicle purchase, and the sales team was amazing! Dorman, Jayson and Chris were great to work with, and very knowledgeable. The process was easy, and service was phenomenal!
