They tried to upsell me on brakes when I know my brakes are not “metal on metal”. That is a distinct noise that would be heard, and they were inspected less than 4 months ago. I took my car in to get 2 new key fobs made. Why were they inspecting my car for anything? They also recommended 3 other services, all totaling approximately 1,000. I have 2 honest, reputable mechanics.
I purchased my car a year ago after a traumatic accident and my salesman was very helpful. Best experience I have had car shopping by far! I went car shopping with my friend a couple of weeks ago and was thrilled to be able to work with Dave Mayes again. She was stressed about making such a large purchase and he was kind and patient the entire time. Explained everything very well and made sure she was comfortable every step of the way. He is an asset to your company!
Kendall Honda is a garbage company!!!! They will play nice until they sold you a piece of crap...when it comes to backing the product after they screwed you they won't they just blaime others as nothing bad is their fault!!! They just blow u off until warranty expires then they quick to fix the issue as long as u are paying for it!!!
This is the worst company ever!!!! They treat customers very well until they purchased a lemon car....when they have to repair the junk they sold they play games until you are no longer in warranty then will fix issue immediately on your dime. Haun the service manager will return your call and point the finger else where as its "not their fault" and will go with whatever lies their front put in the computer instead of listening to the customer. NO ONE WILL HELP AFTER THEY SOLD YOU A PILE OF JUNK!! KENDALL HONDA IS GARBAGE!!!
