I will never deal with Honda ever again. i have had four other hondas in the past and now i have a 2015 accord and have had nothing but problems with it. it has 49,000 miles and a year ago had to replace the starter and of course it wasn't a cheap fix and the since then two batteries and still having problems and there mechanics obviously dont care about your car since they are getting a paycheck weather they fix your car or not and now I am having issues with the paint peeling and they woundnt do anything about it other the... read more
our family stopped by this dealership on our way to Portland for a famuly wedding due to our Honda Odysey cutting out. we req an emergency diagnostic test and was told they didnt have the time to run diagnostics. We called another mechanic who was kind enough to help us with immediate emergency help....Kendall Honda will never have our business . they have zero care
RecommendedI stopped by the Goodpasture dealership the other day with a problem with rear running lights. No appointment. I suspected a bad fuse. Scheduler Tricia Toner guessed it to be a quick fix and turned Technician "Jody" loose on the problem. Within minutes Jody had found and replaced the bad fuse. And I'm on my way. I've had EXCELLENT service from this dealership! Many thanks.
Worst customer service and follow through of any company I've ever dealt with. Salespeople lie to get the sale completed, Service managers lie about following through, and General managers don't bother to return phone calls. Kayleb, Dan, and Matt have succeeded in making sure I never ever return to another Kendall dealership again.
My husband and I purchased a brand new 2019 CRV yesterday. This was our third time purchasing from a Kendall dealership and the only word I can think of to describe our experience was ‘WOW’.
