After considerable research and obtaining 3 quotes for my work I chose Kenbrook. I was not disappointed. The work was undertaken by Rob, one of 3 fully qualified and experienced Heating and Plumbing Engineers. Rob did an excellent job and certainly went the 'extra mile' to complete the task, working hard throughout a couple of long days, plus the 2 half days needed to finish the work. Boiler, Kitchen Sink and Bathroom cabinets, Dave has fitted all and he is amazing, polite works hard and clean and tidy.
David has just fitted a new boiler and undertaken some other works to our heating system - a really professional job and brilliant workmanship. He was friendly and helpful, and went out of his way to make sure the system was in perfect working condition. Always on time and everything was left clean and tidy overnight. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Kenbrook again.
Rob has installed a new boiler for us after our twenty year old unit failed. He did warn us some time ago that it was likely to become unreliable due to its age but we persevered until it died! Rob worked very hard throughout the two day job, flushing our radiators etc, making some improvements and we now have a great heating system that is reliable and very effective. Charming, polite, knowledgeable, enthusiastic. Lots of hard work to do an excellent job replacing the boiler, hot water tank and installing a solar thermal panel. Wouldn’t use anyone else.
