Always considerate and accommodating. AJ delivered my new XC 60 Inscription on Halloween, since I couldn’t drive due to a recent surgery and wearing a neck brace. This is my second Volvo from Ken Pollack-always more than satisfied with my service. This time Paul, Ryan, and AJ were all part of the team that made my Volvo purchase extremely easy and hassle free.
Jason Correll in the Service department is amazing. I would never buy anything other than a Volvo as long as he is in the Service Department!!!
Today I was trying to get to the UPS pick up center due to missing a delivery and blew a tire getting off 81. Marty, Murad & Mike all helped me out and gave me a loaner to go grab the package till I got my tire fixed. Everyone was super nice and helpful.
Yet another awesome experience dealing with Ken Pollock!! All of you are great! Wouldn't go anywhere else! Thank you again so much!! :)
