Terrible experience!!! It took three hours to close on a SCHEDULED deal, then I was offered a “fill up” on my current car if I’m ever in the area as a token of appreciation for waiting. No thank you. This was my first and last purchase at Ken pollock.
Work with customers on bank approval loans especially with customer offering large down payment. Also cut condescending attitude the down payment wasnt enough.
