I could not be happier with our experience at Ken Pollock Volvo. I was in the market for a new vehicle - my husband and I had done our research on which ones would be safest, most reliable, etc., and we came across a 2016 GMC Terrain that happened to be at this dealership. I've been dealing with the service department and Drew for years. I've had nothing but the best service there. They always take the time to explain things to me before charging me. When they work on my car, I never have had to take it back. They're very friendly too. My car is not brand new. It's actually 15 years old. But I'm very meticulous about it. They even compliment me on how clean and well kept my car is.
Worst service department ever, paid for a part to be put on, was never called to have the part put on, had to call to get my money back. Sent my car back recently to have an ECM replaced, Drew the service guy was ridiculously unprofessional and rude, went running out of the service area screaming and throwing a tantrum. Refused to fix my vehicle because it wasn’t brand new and then wanted to argue with me over why I would want to fix my vehicle and just not get something brand new.
