Called to inquire about a Quest for sale on 10/19. Spoke with Bruce. It is now the end of day 10/20. Due to being handicapped and since you can now do online buying, we gave all credit info to Bruce last night and early this morning at 9 am. I have been looking for a car for months. Dealership after dealership pushy sales people, ridiculous dealer fees. My experience at Ken Pollack Volvo was wonderful. My salesman Chris was very knowledgeable and just a pleasure to work with. My Audi is beautiful and I got it at a great price. 5 Stars
