issue with my Volvo which was caused by the dealership in doing damage to my wheels. Murad would not stop screaming at me telling me i always had an issue. if i did not have an issue i would not have been there. the way he kept screaming at me for something they did was NOT the way a manager should act. Reached out to Ken Pollack himself, no response. Dealerships are everywhere in todays world lot's of competition. i will take my hard earned money somewhere else..Shame On You.
