RecommendedI found the exact car that I wanted, and the customer service was outstanding. They have the lowest prices that you're going to find of any dealership in NEPA. I have been looking for months for a specific car, and their price was by far the lowest.
We purchased a 2017 Toyota Sienna 1 year ago with promise that they would provide a 2nd key since . We have called multiple times and keep being told ok we will have someone call you back ...yeah still waiting. second complaint is that they did not detail the used van we were told it would be. just all around bad experience.
My wife and I were in to see a vehicle last Thursday, and had planned on going back Saturday to purchase it. When I called Saturday to come in, I was told that the service manager blew out a tire on his car so he was borrowing the vehicle I wanted to purchase. I was then told that they would try to contact him to get the vehicle in and ready, and call me back. I never heard back from anyone.
Jeff was a great salesman, helped me get into something awd for the winter months, he even brought the car to my job to test drive it! I would recommend Ken pollock to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle 😊
Bought a used 2017 GMC Sierra from here. Got a great deal and the truck has been flawless thus far. Dave was super helpful.
I don't recommend doing business with Jason, the general manager of Volvo dealership. He sold a car that had been promised to us and never told us it was sold until we got there to buy it. Had an appointment with him and he never called to say he sold the car. He was not nice at all. We were long time customers of this dealership but never again.
Leased last two cars with them. Turned in my 2016 s60 a month early before lease ran out. Returned to dealership. Get a bill from Volvo Financial for over $1300 Car had 4,000 miles under, was inspected very recently. Charges were last lease payment, over $500 for 2 new tires, and a $350 plus disposition charge which is a fee tocover the car’s transportation to an auction! Really? Just purchased our 2nd vehicle from Ken Pollock Auto Group. Have been treated fairly, respectfully and courteously from everyone we dealt with. Also our daughter is on her 2nd lease with them. A huge Thank You to Gary and Jason and your teams. We will be back in the future.
