What a joke of a dealer spend 77,000 on a truck that breaks down with 2300 miles on it and won’t lift a finger to help get the trailer home that I’m pulling!! Be like labrum ford in heber and more than happy to help pulling a truck off their lot so I can get my trailer home!! Thanks Labrum Ford for your help!!
RecommendedI went in Saturday to get my car serviced I talked to John and John asked me if I had appointment I said no John said you need appointment Well I called last night and she said you shouldn’t need appointment just come in so that’s what I did so then John asked if I could leave it for a while and he would work it and when it was finished he would call me and John did call me later and I went in there and picked up my car. We need more people like John Grant Hunsaker
Troy Maag was my salesman and he did an amazing job finding me the exact truck I wanted. He was honest and easy to work with.
Kenyon Shields was amazing in helping me buy a used car at Ken Garff Ford in American Fork! I never felt pressured by him and he let me take me time and get comfortable with my decision. Dropped off my 2013 Ford Focus for recall work. When I went to pick it up the car wouldn’t start. Lot tech tried 2 different battery boxes and nothing. Then today I talk to my service advisor Jared and I’m told there’s a short in the wiring harness for the engine and it’s going to be $493 to fix.. again this went in for recall work and had no issues before I took it in. Friendly personal and great service personal
I took my truck in for an appointment at 9:15am about a transmission leak. It appears they didn’t look at it until after I called for a status at 3pm. Left a message. Called again at 4pm. Had to leave a message. They called at 5pm and said I needed another appointment two week later with the “transmission guy.” Made an appointments with another repairman. Ford is good the “routine “ work. Not so good with more complicated jobs.
I only recommend KenGarff if Kelly Winn is looking at your vehicle. Why?? Because I have had others at Ken Garff look at my vehicles and they have made recommendations or said things that were not even true!!!! Kelly Winn is the up most honest person when it comes to dealing with your vehicle. With anything that you are having done with it. He isn’t fit the company, he is fit the CUSTOMER!!!
