Terrible experience having my car fixed. Took over a week longer than was originally quoted and given dates twice after that that didn’t happen then the final bill was quoted 600 dollars higher was never told during the process of additional charges then when i picked up the car one of the items that was to be fixed wasn’t and I was told they couldn’t get the part. Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had with auto repair
This is the worst dealership I’ve ever done business with. From financing not getting done trade in not getting paid off. Picked up my new truck and they had torn the headliner. Picked up from getting the headliner replaced and had interior parts scratched badly and a huge scratch down the fender of a brand new truck. These guys could careless about there products or their customers. Beware, steer clear and buy from anywhere else besides Ken Garff!

We ordered a new Ford F350 last June we had to wait for a few months due to the virus. Scott Anderson, our sales consultant communicated with us throughout the entire process. When we went to pick it up last week, again Scott was there to go over everything with us. This was a big purchase for us and Scott made us feel at ease. He is no pressure, listens and takes the time to make sure everything is right! They fit me in at the last minute for an oil change on a busy day. I was told I could leave my car and come back later in the afternoon. Even though I chose not to use it, I was offered a uber ride home and back (complimentary). I was getting ready to have someone pick me up and to my pleasant surprise they were taking my car in so I stayed and waited. My few hour wait for my car to be finished turned out to be 45 min.
