they made it very easy to schedule my repair. and when I forgot to take my car in, they let me bring it the very next day. they checked me in and repaired my car and got it back to asap. they were all kind and courteous!
Nate was great at directing things to get truck done. Also told me about a recall item I didn’t know about. Follow up by Nate was great.
Three hours for a oil and fuel filter change... and I even had an appointment. REALLY. I think they spent more time looking for items they could repair. I guess Car sales are down. Have been going here for 20 plus years. I guess today was a bad day. Other visits have been great... I guess they need to take QUICK out of QUICK LANE... :)

I went there to have 1 tire replaced that was a year old because it had a sidewall puncture and the guy tried to bully/scare me into buying 4 new ones I understand up selling but there is a difference between explaining the slight possibility of problems down the road from a hairs width difference in the tire tread because of only changing 1 tire instead of all four, and telling me it's likely to do major damage if I only change 1.
