Never, never again We brought our car here to get fixed after an automobile accident. They put a new crack in the hood of our car. Unfortunately it was on the other side of where they fixed our car, so the insurance adjuster didn't have pics of the part of the car. He even said it was a new crack. They did nothing to help us and just denied it. I will never ever recommend anybody to go here!!! PROS: CONS: Liars

Mr and Mrs. Don Gressmen and Carl Johnson were are sales persons. They were both friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating working very hard to meet our needs. The entire staff that we met at your dealership in American Fork were just great and made us fell right at home. My wife and I love our 2010 Ford Edge. It was exactly the SUV we were looking for! The entire process was fast and efficient, with us being able to drive our new Ford home last night. Thanks to everyone, especially Don for a great buying experience!!!!
helpful and efficient We recently bought a car from another Ken Garff dealer in Salt Lake CIty but needed an additional key made. Well, with our car that means you have to go to the dealer because of some security system. The price of the key was $40 cheaper at the Ken Garff in American Fork compared to other Ford dealers in Salt Lake. The staff was friendly and fast. They even gave me a free (used) clicker/door unlock thing which are usually $50 or so.
2012 Ford Focus I bought my Ford Focus from Ken Garff. They treated me quite well and gave me a great deal. (I shopped around and they matched my price). Ask for Paula. She was just great.
RecommendedThe service, from arrival to departure, is top notch! Being greeted by Karen, serviced by Jarred Robison and the amazing guy who washed my car....they were absolutely amazing! The crew handled my car with care. The beverage offerings and the waiting area was so amazing! They even provided an Uber for me, to and from my work, without a charge to me. If you want a great place to service your car go to Ken Garff in American Fork. You won’t be disappointed!!!
