Customer service was just as good as others described. I had issues with my cam phasers and this location did amazing, took them only 2 days to fix, they updated me daily on what was going on and any other potential issues with my truck. Max Hyatt was the one to help me directly. Amazing employee and is great at what he does.

I purchased a used vehicle from them remotely (I am in Texas). Initial dealings with the sales rep, Joel, were great. He was responsive and reasonable. Once I had committed to buying the car and the ball got in the finance manager Kevin’s court it was a disaster. He tried to charge me more for tires than I had agreed upon with Joel, took forever to send me documents, and tried to sneak in a service package for three oil changes (I live in Texas, why would I buy oil changes from them).
