For me being one to handle things like this very poorly, Ken Garff in American Fork made this whole adventure a thousand times easier to handle, and I thank them for their ability and knowledge to ease this situation into a positive. Waterpump blew on my way back home from Vacation on 4/17/26 late at night. Don’t bother buying a vehicle here unless you want to be scammed multiple times out of money. Doesn’t matter if you pay for an extended warranty these slimey guys will lie to your face and make you pay for wor they will literally tell you is covered just to do the work then claim that it actually isn’t under warranty. My husband’s car was a complete lemon. We have brought it in more than 6 times in the last 7 years for major issues and shocker more than twice have they told us it would be covered only for them to back track.... read more
