They seem to have fixed the problem I was having However if the person you start out with isn’t there you can’t find out any info on your car. So I would say that if have to leave your car & don’t get a loaner & you are able to get someone to let you use theirs & you can’t find out when yours will be done so you can return theirs it does it can be torture to all on this side of the counter

I have brought my car in 4 different times to get my air fixed they obviously can’t fix it...and Michelle Bencic has no manners always arguing with me I would be fired at my job if I talked to people the way she does
Have a warranty getting car fixed they said I'd get a loaner while car being fixed o I dont know 7 days without a car and no loaner even though they said I would get one if my car is ever in the shop.How do you not have loaner or for full on promise.
the Waiting room is really nice it always takes longer to complete oil change told me 1 hr was 2.5 hrs

I took my Kia in Mentor for an oil change, they also saw my tires needed rotated,an a recall fixing. From the lady at the front desk till my car was done I received total kindness an consideration. An older lady that I am doesn’t know very much about cars an they sure watch what my car needs when it’s time . I truly appreciate that.
