This place is a joke!!! When they dont want to hear what you have to say they hang up on you even the manager Brian Moore terrible expierence last time i went after i bought two cars from them previously and was there for my third i wont be back i went to Ganley instead whole different world.
My wife & I bought a car off Mentor Kia several months ago. They have sent us our 3rd 45 day temporary tag & still we have no title. The sad part is now they refuse to answer our calls. I have left numerous voice mails. Guess today we will contact our attorney & see if he can get anywhere. Very sad!

I have NEVER had a bad experience whenever I go to Mentor Kia. Everyone has always been more then helpful. This last time I was there was at night and I had just picked up my friend who has just gotten through with dialysis. The lights were going dim and getting dimmer until I could hardly see in front of me let alone in the car. I pulled in and was told they would get me a car to get home. I came in to surrender the lease of my 2013 Optima and was told they don't want my Optima, they have enough Optimas. There was ZERO effort made to sell me a car. I watched as my salesman went to the back office where the manager resides and watched the manager shake his head no, several times. This was the THIRD time this year that I had this very experience. my mom bought a brand new 2013 kia optima back in 2013. she has had regular oil changes on it and now the engine is filled with sludge and requires a new engine. not even 50k miles and kia won't pay for it. she has had nothing but problems since she bought the car.
Everyone is so nice and accommodating! They make buying a car stress free and enjoyable! They go above and beyond for their customers! Shaun Savage was our sales rep and he was amazing! I'll definitely recommend Mentor Kia to friends and family! #lovemysorento
