The car I bought is good. I don't like the way I was treated after buying the car. I found out I was over charged and went back asking them to fix it. They refused to do so. Lesson learned and I will never return to them as a customer.

We stopped in to test drive vehicles and Shaun Savage helped us out. It was my sisters first time looking at vehicles and he was very pleasant, helpful and not the typical pushy car salesman. She ended up going to another dealership to purchase a different vehicle she liked better. We would definitely recommend Shaun to anyone that is looking for a vehicle.
I like the Mentor Kia Service Dept. They are always friendly, positive, and able to answer any question that I may have. They have gone above and beyond and beyond my expectations. I will be a customer until I stop driving.

I received a letter containing a recall notice on my Kia Sedona. This problem was fixed once but apparently it needs to be fixed again. The next week I received a second recall notice. I called to schedule an appointment & was given voice mail. I asked to be called back & no one ever called. I called back a couple of days later and was told it would take between 4-5 hours to fix my car. I asked about getting a loaner car since mine was going to be in the shop all day.
