We recently moved to mentor. We took our optima hybrid to mentor Kia for first time, for a regular service and was very pleased with the service, they were very pleasant, courteous and thorough. Instead of waiting they drove me home and picked me up when they were done. Great service.
I just bought a 2017 Sportage from Nate! What a phenomenal experience! He went above and beyond my expectations! Also very efficient, he had us in and out of there on day 2 in an hour! I will definitely recommend him and mentor kia to anyone I know looking for a new car! I couldn't have asked for a better buying experience!
My wife and I had a great experience during the buying process with our salesman Shaun Savage. Although we had some unexpected mechanical issues with the vehicle, Shaun went out of his way to take care of us and our issues, which were completely covered under warranty. Amber in service was a pleasure to deal with and followed up with us to make sure our vehicle was taken care of. They are great assets to this dealership. Would definitely buy here again!

Dominic was awesome! He was willing to go the extra mile when I turned in my 2013 optima. Loved it so much, I got a 2016 optima!
Service Dept. wouldn't know a transmission of it hit them in the face. The sales staff and management are lying snakes in the grass who will say anything to sell a car. Do yourself a favor and make the drive to another dealership.
