I had purchased a used Kia Soul at another local dealership and that dealership had Mentor Kia order an extra key/remote for it and program it for me. They went all over my Kia as an all-point service check and ordered a new side marker light for it. When it comes in, they will install it. They also washed the vehicle! I was impressed with Amber in service and Mentor Kia overall.
My elderly mother went to look for a lease and was talked into a lease she cannot afford, $260 a month and they had her trade in her car for $500. After telling her kids about how uneasy she felt about the whole deal, I called and left a message with Tom Poticher. He did not return my call. My mother went in the dealership to ask for a cheaper lease. They told her they couldn't do anything for her because once a lease is purchased it's a done deal. This is my second Kia, a 2011 Forte and I have all of my maintenance work done at the Mentor Kia service facility. The staff is exceptional, efficient and friendly. And, most importantly, the work provided has always been perfect.

Not pleased with Mentor Kia. They tried to "work out a deal" on the car I was looking at last month but couldn't get out of my lease in order to buy it. They called me today that they had worked something out. Last month the car was listed as certified pre-owned, but now they've gotten rid of the certified pre-owned program, but tried to sell me the same car at the same price without telling me it was no longer certified and would only have the balance of a short factory warranty left on it.
