RecommendedMy wife and I just had lunch at Kemp’s, and it was absolutely fantastic! The food was awesome! The staff was friendly and the service was great! Great atmosphere and nice music playing at just the right volume! We will be back ... OFTEN! I give them six stars out of five! ;-)
My husband and I went there after church Sunday. I was so looking forward to trying this restaurant. We ordered off of the hot bar which the food was not hot, black-eyed peas tasted strange. chicken fried chicken and gravy was lukewarm. I was so disappointed. I must that I will try again but next I think I will order off the menu.
staff was wonderful. we were there on a Saturday at 530. I had the steak, I didn't care for the marinade, it was dry. My friend had veggies, Mac and cheese was old and dry. We had to ask for bread, which was dry toast. really nice people but nothing about the food would make me want to come back
I've visited Kemp's three times so far and my only complaint I can give is they give you too much food for such a small price!! The food is amazing , the staff has been friendly everytime . The atmosphere is very welcoming for all. I highly recommend this be a regular place for anyone looking for a great meal!

This was my first visit to Kemp’s and the food was very good. We had the steak special. I was a little hesitant because it was only $12.99 (you know, you get what you pay for). Well it was very good. I got a well seasoned 12 oz ribeye, baked potato & salad. We will be back.
We have dined at kemp’s kitchen on multiple occasions and have also used their take away menu to cater a family gathering. Their service and food quality are top notch. Servers are always attentive to whatever your personal needs may be. I would recommend kemp’s kitchen for a casual dining experience, family gathering or even a relaxed date night!
