RecommendedI have been super happy with the food I have tried at Kemp's. I work at the T-Mobile right next to it and eat there 3-4 times a week. I have tried several burgers, the hamburger steaks, country fried steaks and almost all the appetizers. The staff is always super friendly! I recommend the ball park burger and the Gabe the Babe burger. They are both great!

Went today for lunch after church . Our server was so great and sweet . Made some very good recommendations. Our food was overall very good . And tasty . I give 4 stars. Owner and manager were very nice . I expected the wrap to be a little more tasty , but it was pretty good . My husband enjoyed his food , the smoky mountain chicken 😋. I ordered meatloaf. Lol. Huge pile of beef. Ketchup topping. Microwaved. Disgusting. Instant mash potatoes. Soggy green tomatoes. Rude manager. Great server who needs a job where her skills will line her pockets. Sinking ship in Trussville. Hopefully something of quality and integrity will be in this location soon.

Beef tips and rice w/Fried tomatoes was very good. Sweet tea is wonderful.
I highly recommend Kemp’s! The food is fantastic and reasonably priced. The food is made even better by being served by the kind and attentive staff. We have never had a bad meal at Kemp’s. The vegetables are delicious! The sandwiches are tasty and well presented. And don’t miss their outstanding desserts, especially the peanut butter pie!
