This place and the staff are a disgrace and sums up this country right now, poor service and individuals who are not qualified to do a job and the fact they either do not wish to understand or simply do not understand plain English. I took in a parcel and received a receipt and tracking number, however the parcel did not reach DPD, who received my 'order' via the till system but not the actual parcel. The staff are refusing to help or contact DPD to investigate, the staff will not let me speak with the owner or management, m... read more
