A lovely vets who care more about the welfare of the animal than making as much money as possible. I switched to them after a bad experience at my previous vets and I am so glad I did, all the staff I've dealt with genuinely care about the animal, not up selling or KPIs
I just want to share how truly wonderful this vets are and how grateful I am to them. Having sadly witnessed a cat get hit by a car, which sadly didn't survive, but they stayed open for me to bring the cat to them and were so lovely with me in my total state of shock and tears! Thank you to the wonderful lady on the front desk and the lovely male vet - I'm sorry I didn't get to ask your names but I'm truly grateful
Such a lovely thoughtful vets who dealt with my poorly cat (and my tears) in such a sympathetic and kind manner. They sent some forget me not seeds to plant in memory of him, we were so touched by this thoughtful gesture. I would highly recommend them. They are just wonderful. Thank you
