I have used Kelly van hire before and always found the vans, their service and their manner very good. However on this occasion I have found them unreasonable. Hiring a van to take furniture to Birmingham I raised the question of what if I don't get back in time for when they close at 5pm. I was told if that was the case I would be charged an extra days hire as they were closed Saturday and Sunday. Hassle free van hire. + Thanks guys! nice clean van. rented for 1 week, returned after hours. The before/after video of the vehicle is a great idea 🏆

There are lots of vehicle hire places, however none of them can compete with Kelly Hire. They are very professional, friendly, helpful and competitively priced. I used a LWB van and then a standard Transit for my house move and both vehicles were maintained to a very high standard, clean and tidy. Even at short notice I needed the van for an extra day, they were able to cover that for me. I asked to extend on the day, as I didnt get my new house keys until very late the previous day... Good vans, good price and very friendly. My club always use Kelly's and we've never been disappointed.
