I have been thrilled with the service we have received from Kelly's staff for the last 5 years until today when I visited the new lobby at 2105 W Grande and saw that all the tellers have been replaced by automated teller machines. I will not be recommending that my parents open accounts with Kelly once they move here. My father does NOT do ATMs!

After listening to our members and much research, we felt that we could enhance and improve our service levels and availability by installing Interactive Teller Machines (ITM) that give our members the freedom to do transactions on their schedule versus ours. i got two things refinanced with Erika Schoenradt as my officer. she was a wonderful person to work with! I've never had an easier experience! I hope to be able to deal with her again in the future. Nothing but good things to say about her and Kelly community federal credit union!
The CardNav product to protect your debit cards at Kelly Community is Awesome! I saw a small fraudulent charge pending on my account, so I immediately turned my debit card off using CardNav. By doing this, I saved several hundred dollars of additional fraudulent charges from clearing my account. The Call Center staff was very helpful in answering my questions and I was able to get a replacement card instant issued to me the same day. I would like to give Erika Schoenradt a "HUGE" THANK YOU! After being in a car accident I wasn't too excited about vehicle shopping nor the loan process. I love credit unions. This one is one of the most caring. You wont find another credit union that treats you more like family than this one.
I have always had a great experience with their professional, personal service. I highly recommend them.
