I was using the Card Navigator app and somehow became unable to login. I called and spoke with Dorcas, who was very professional, kind and meticulous in assessing and managing my issue. She was quick to respond to the one short hold time I had and also quick to call me back with a final resolution. Everyone at KCFCU is always so friendly.
My husband Alex and I have worked with Mr. Tarango from the Grande Blvd location, and he has been nothing but helpful and prompt in answering any questions we have had. Would highly recommend this branch!
