Drive thru is ridiculous. You always have to wait for a good 30 minutes for a simple transaction.
Maybe y’all should tell people that you take money out of their bank accounts if the post office messes up and doesn’t deliver the mail.
This used to be a wonderful place to bank. Since they started expanding several years ago, things have really deteriorated. This is the second weekend in a row that their website has been down. It makes it very difficult to check your account when the website is so unreliable.

I have been a member here for over 15 years and I've always had exceptional customer service from everyone I have had the pleasure of encountering. I am very pleased to do business with a local company that has friendly employees and cares about their members.
These people get into your business and pretend to care about you. If you piss one of them off then the whole den of women are against you. They look at your account and judge you if you have a negative balance. They will take their services away from you and tell you your a risk and wont hesitate to rape you in fees. They are used to talking to one audience and one audience only, typical Tyler, TX.
