RecommendedJust used their fancy new ITM’s for the first time and James was right there to help me out and explain it to me. He was friendly, courteous and professional. And the ITM is incredibly convenient. Love my credit union and their perfect blend of efficient and personable service.

Going to use the new ATMs was a breeze with the help of Eva! She walked me through every step and had a mask on as well as kept her distance! Awesome customer service!
I will be honest I’m not one to go to one of the branches. I use the mobile app and once in a blue moon will go to the atm. But today was different I went to the drive thru at Grande and was met by Brandi. She was super nice asked if I had used this huge, massive new machine? No I have not and she was very patient, helpful, and knowledgeable and walked me right thru the process of depositing a check. Brandi, thank you for help and assistance

My debit card was recently compromised. Before I was even aware of it; the fraud team caught it and locked it! Whitney McSparrin Brown reached out to me, and she assured me that all charges would be removed upon review. She was so very assuring as having my debit card compromised with other financial institutions was a complete nightmare! She put my fears to rest, and assured me that I was completely protected. I highly recommend Kelly Community FCU, especially Davion Peoples! He was absolutely AMAZING helping me with my vehicle purchase! He was very responsive and always super positive! I submitted my application online, found my vehicle, and Davion took care of the rest- even sent all my loan docs to be signed via DocuSign.
