I had been looking for a vehicle for several months and it seemed like anytime I ran into an issue purchasing a vehicle the bank I was working with created it; until I went to Kelly Community FCU and worked with Erik Tarango. Mr. Tarango is easily the best Loan Officer I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He was professional, honest, upfront, frank and extremely personable every time I spoke with him. Dorcas went above and beyond the call of duty to help unlock and set up my app on my cell phone after she was so patient and did not stop until we were successfully abe to set up account after trying several options even after 5pm. That's what excellent customer service looks like!
