Worst hotel I ever stayed at. They checked us in under the wrong guest name. Then our door keys did not work. They then charged our credit cards twice for parking (so we were charged for 4 nights of parking for our 2 night stay). I was told we would be refunded and it has not happened. I am still fighting with them for the refund and had to get my credit card company involved. Awful hotel.
My job hosts an annual Consumer Forum & Youth Summit for all DC residents, but most importantly the city’s residents with disabilities & for the last few years it’s been hosted at the Kellogg Center. I must say since we last hosted the event here there have been some upgrades - all for the good of course. I really liked the new layout.
It was a very lovely place! I received my Cosmetologist Award there recently in June. Everyone was professional and it was a safe environment.
Very clean, helpful front desk, yummy bacon and very comfortable bed and the rooms are very spacious !! 💙💖 Loved it!
Best place to stay in Washington DC!!
Beautiful, spacious rooms. The food was delicious as well. The linens and bed were comfortable, and the shuttle to union station very convenient. For the price, it felt like quite a bargain! If I ever visit D.C. Again, I will definitely return to this hotel.
