Great place, friendly staff, and wonderful guest services.
My mom and I went there once last January of 2015. We both think the hotel is excellent and great breakfast served at Bistro Cafe. The bed was very comfortable and room is clean as polished. We enjoyed our time there. Thank you!
The room was clean and comfortable and food at Café was very good. The only thing that irked me was most hotels in that price range have free continental breakfast till about 11:00 a.m. When we asked about it, staff asked if we had a "paper" or "certificate" entitling us to the breakfast. We didn't and by the time we figured out that you needed to pay more on your room, it was past the 9:30 a.m. deadline for breakfast.
My favorite place for a romantic dinner! Bistro has Wonderful food, nice atmosphere & pleasant staff!! What more can you ask for?! I love this place
I've been here twice for ONE's Power Summit and the staff is friendly, respectful and fast. Most of the staff uses American Sign Language and I learn a few new signs each time I interact with them. It's half a mile walk from H street or The Train so it is easy access to the rest of the city and is less costly than staying on the mall. I would recommend it for conferences or business while in DC.
