Hi, this dealer is ok at best, no one treated horribly They need help or training with returning call when they say they are going Like I called Jeff no answer I emailed he email back way later, then told me he was going home and that some else would be calling me at 5pm when I get work they never called When I called the next day they had 2 people that day that wanted to buy it this sad when called no one wanted the truck.
The sales person Jason was awesome (only reason for tge 4 stars). Them trying to pimp their warranty crap was less then desirable. When told no, they had to get a manager because of a “printer problem”, he then tried the warranty crap as well. You ever heard of non means no?

They called me, said they had something to do and would send info and call me back in one hour. Never heard from them anymore. Useless experience

I really think Laura Buick is Illinois' best kept secret. I stumbled across them but now that I have dealt with them I doubt I will buy a car anywhere else.
