Kimo is tall, so you know he has high standards. He is excellent to look for houses with in the summer, because he throws so much shade. When looking over a new house, he can really look over the house. I bought a condo with this guy, and he is also a great agent to have when things get dicey. He will come to bat for you, work all the angles, get backup from all corners, and generally make a deal work. Also, fortunately, he has a great sense of humor.
