Kimo was really patient when we were having a hard time finding what we really wanted. Then when we did find the house we really wanted, Kimo went above and beyond to help us get that house. We loved how Julie never pressured us, I like how she listened to what our needs we're and what we wanted. She informed us on everything we needed. She answered emails or text in a timely manner. We found our forever home.
When all other agents said my place would not sell, Doug Rains said I will sell it for you, and that he did. Doug made me feel guilty by me not lifting a finger during the whole process. He made me feel like he was only working for me and nobody else. He kept me posted on a daily bases, and once it sold, I got way more then I ever expected. Doug Rains is amazing!
