As a first time home buyer, we were super nervous but Kimo and his teams made the whole process SUPER easy and overall stress free! After looking at dozens or houses Kimo was very patience with our HUGE wish list! When we found the “one” Kimo not only works really fast but he’s very attentive and has awesome communication skills, I’d recommend Kimo and the Quance group to all my friends and family. SO happy we decided to go with the best of the best!

Excellent area knowledge. Very patient and understanding of what we were looking for. I was able to call or text anytime time for questions or concerns. We were selling and buying at the same time so it was very stressful, but Alex our agent was always there with an answer for any issues that came up. If he didn't have an answer he would research and get one. I can't thank him enough and would definitely recommend him to anyone interested in buying or selling a home.
