He helped us buy and sell a house. He was very patient with us because we were buying a house for 2 families. He always made time for us and answered all our silly questions and answered them quickly. He got to know our little quirks and his responses to us were adjusted accordingly. I was super happy with the sale of our house because he got us over asking and he have us realistic expectations which were exceeded.

SO VERY happy with the services provided by Charlene Thorman; she made a difficult situation much easier. My grandfather had passed, and as the trustee, I was tasked with selling his home. During a very difficult time, Charlene had found a buyer and completed the sale of my grandfather's home within a month. Knowing how tight the housing market is around San Diego, I certainly wasn’t looking forward to the home-buying process. Michael Najar is a true Real Estate Professional. He's knowledgeable, kept us informed at all times, escrow closed on time, excellent communication skills, superb negotiation talent, we as sellers were his highest priority, and his assistant Tesla was on top of all the paperwork. Mike is one of the best agents out there. He is honest, genuine, and very knowledgeable with real estate acumen.
