We have known Charlene for a while and when we decided to sell our house there was no doubt who we wanted to go with. She knows the game inside and out and is always three steps ahead. When we asked a question or had a concern with other parties, she always took care of it or had already resolved. Through the entire process she made us feel like we were being taken care of with our best interest in mind. Much respect to Charlene, she’s phenomenal.

She is simply amazing. We followed her guidance and 20 days later went on the market. Within one month we had a significantly higher amount of visitors than the previous attempt to sell a few years before. It might have been the season, it might have been timing, but Julie was the right person at the right time the house sold within a month.

Wouldn't trust anyone else with my home buying and selling needs! The very first offer we made was accepted and we closed in 10 days! Jen was on top of everything and I do not think the transaction could have gone any smoother. If you are looking for an agent, look no further.

Our experience with Jennifer Toups was amazing. She sold our home and helped us buy a new one. Both transactions were seamless as far as realestate can be, and she was constantly able to switch back and forth between the two transactions and all the questions we had. Kimo is a straight shooter, and he works hard to find you what you want. He showed us any property we asked to see that was available. I was out of state to start the process of home buying and Kimo still regularly called to check in and answer any questions I had.
