There is at least one agent there that is unethical. Tells our agent the contract was excepted, we sent the due diligence check and some of the parties had signed the contract. Then the agent told our agent that they had a better offer. Our offer was already excepted and for them to except another offer regardless of if it was better or not is unethical!!
