We have used Kelham Square for several years now to handle our rental portfolio, we have always found them very good and efficient. We did therefore instruct them to handle the recent sale of one of our properties. Again, there were no major problems, and the sale went through smoothly and efficiently. Stacy was especially good, chasing solicitors and keeping us always informed as to where things were. We would not hesitatate to use them again.

I have been renting though kelham square for the last 6months and they have been great. The only we have ended the tenancy is to increase the number of bedrooms. The staff at Kelham square are very friendly and always answer queries and requests very quickly (usually same day). Special mention to Roksana for always being helpful and friendly.
